Mr Basil Adriaanse

Basil Adriaanse is the Chief Executive Officer of Medical Insite, a specialised healthcare marketing agency headquartered in Cape Town, South Africa, with an international presence in Miami, USA. With over 13 years of experience at the intersection of clinical practice and healthcare business management, he is a registered physiotherapist by training, holding a qualification from the University of the Western Cape.

He founded Social Medical, an international healthcare marketing and data firm serving the medical community exclusively, which was subsequently acquired into InnoHealth Technology Solutions, where he continues to serve as Director of Marketing and Business Development.

A published author, lecturer, and sought-after speaker, Basil is a strong advocate for equipping healthcare professionals with the business and marketing skills needed to build sustainable, patient-centred practices. He is a Council member of the South African Health Informatics Association (SAHIA)
