Nicolene is a seasoned nursing professional with over 30 years of experience, including 17 years in Cardiology and Intensive Care, and 17 years in management roles. She currently leads digital transformation initiatives at Netcare Hospital Division, overseeing clinical documentation standardization and electronic medical record implementation across 45 hospitals.

Her work spans international research, educational program development, and health informatics innovations such as NEMIS, eMar, and EPIC.
